For Me (Parents-Focused) explores the A, B, C ‘s of Mindfulness – Awareness, Balance, & Compassion through activity-based mindfulness practices. The class focusses on mindfulness-based self-care strategies to settle the mind and body, balance emotions, and cultivate deeper connection through compassion practices, with an emphasis on mindful writing. Each week we explore a new theme. All Parents welcome.
