An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, happening 4 times

Our mindful writing class explores the A, B, C ‘s of Mindfulness – Awareness, Balance, & Compassion through activity-based mindfulness practices. The class focuses on mindfulness-based self-care strategies to settle the mind and body, balance emotions, and cultivate deeper connection through compassion practices, with an emphasis on mindful writing.  Each week we explore a new theme; all adults welcome.
