In For Us:  Teens and Tweens, teens/tweens and parents/caregivers learn playful activity-based mindfulness practices together that introduce the A, B, C’s of Mindfulness – Awareness, Balance, & Compassion. The class focusses on mindfulness-based skills and strategies that support greater clarity, emotional balance, and caring. Each week we explore a new theme.  For Parents and Teens and/or Tweens Together.
