In For Me:  All Adults (Mindful Writing Focus) we will explore the A, B, C ‘s of Mindfulness – Awareness, Balance, & Compassion through activity-based mindfulness practices. The class focusses on mindfulness-based self-care strategies to settle the mind and body, balance emotions, and cultivate deeper connection through compassion practices, with an emphasis on mindful writing.  Each week we explore a new theme.  All Adults welcome. 

Pay what you can afford

We want our mindfulness lessons to be available to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.  That’s why our minimum payment is just $5.  That amount, though, doesn’t cover our costs or provide opportunities for those who can’t pay anything to join a class.  We encourage you to pay what you can afford with a suggested range of $5 to $25.  And, of course, contact us if you’re unable to pay anything so we can accommodate you.
