What We Do
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Inner Kids Collaborative offers online mindfulness classes for children, and parents, tweens and teens as well as for caregivers and educators to help everyone cope with new levels of stress. On our site, you’ll find 30 minute, pay-what-you-can online mindfulness classes each day, three times a day taught by our collaborative of experienced mindfulness teachers. Whether you’re a parent wanting to explore mindfulness together with your child – from preschooler to teen, and all ages in between – or a teacher or a parent wanting to explore mindfulness for yourself we have classes for you.
